Privacy notice
Short version: we use your details to reply about your job, and for nothing else.
Who we are
P J Byrne Tiling Services, trading as PJB Tiling Services, Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire. Contact: pjbtilingservices@gmail.com or 07849 481497.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and what you write about the job. The form sends it to us by email.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You asked us for a price, so we have a legitimate interest in replying and, if the job goes ahead, in keeping the details while we do the work and for as long afterwards as our tax records need to be kept.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys it, and we do not send marketing. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and the form email is sent through an email provider, so those two handle the message in passing. There is no analytics and no advertising on this site.
The contact form, and only that page, runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check so we can tell a real person from a bot before the form is sent. For that, Cloudflare sees your IP address and a few details about your browser. It is not used to follow you around, and it sets no advertising cookie. That is why you still see no cookie banner on the site: nothing here tracks you.
Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are not happy with how we handled that, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
